"Flash & Glow"
lit up the Tampa Bay Blues Festival. During the
week of April 4th. the Tampa Bay Blues Festival was
held at Vinoy Park. PARC, the benefiting charity
was well represented by a host of energetic volunteers.
The park literally "lit up" with Flash & Glow.
They were seen everywhere; people wore them as earrings,
on clothing, caps, etc. PARC (Pinellas Association
for Retarded Children) so appreciates the opportunity to
sell Flash & Glow items as part of the proceeds from
this sale (several hundred dollars) went to PARC and
their wonderful programs. PARC wishes to thank
Leslee Moore, the owner of FLash & Glow, and all the
volunteers for helping with this event and for
continuing to help PARC turn disabilities into
capabilities.
